Job Description
We are looking for a data-driven Industrial Continuous Improvement Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement team. You will support manufacturing and warehouse operations by leading improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, and overall plant performance. You will sit at the intersection of manufacturing engineering, continuous improvement, warehouse operations, and data analytics. You are a proactive problem solver who collaborates, supports daily plant operations, and guides process improvements through both hands-on engineering work and structured CI projects. You will report to the Manager, Continuous Improvement and have a hybrid schedule working in Mequon, WI.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead and execute continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and warehouse operations
  • Analyze operations and leverage data (e.g., SAP, Power BI) to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Support day-to-day plant operations by identifying and resolving process issues, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies on the shop floor
  • Identify, prioritize, and drive initiatives from concept through implementation
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (production, warehouse, quality, engineering) to implement practical, sustainable solutions
  • Improve manufacturing processes, including assembly methods, material flow, work balance, and standard work
  • Improve end-to-end process and material flow (receiving, warehouse, production, shipping)
  • Apply Lean methodologies (5S, standard work, waste reduction, root cause problem solving)
  • Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reporting tools to support data-driven decision making
  • Support automation and digital initiatives, including process automation and implementation of automated equipment
  • Create and maintain standard work, work instructions, and training materials
  • Support new equipment, process changes, and layout improvements to improve safety, quality, and productivity
  • Facilitate workshops, Kaizen events, and problem-solving sessions to build CI capability

The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • The ability to travel 10% of the time.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • 2+ years of experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, continuous improvement, or manufacturing engineering
  • Experience supporting plant operations and driving process improvements in a production environment
  • Experience with Power BI, Power Platform, SQL, SAP, or similar tools
