Position Summary

The Workday Report Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining Workday reporting, analytics, and business intelligence solutions that support operational, strategic, compliance, and executive reporting requirements. This role collaborates closely with business stakeholders to transform data into meaningful insights that support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards.
  • Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders.
  • Develop advanced custom reports using Workday reporting tools.
  • Create and maintain calculated fields, report prompts, filters, and data transformations.
  • Develop dashboards and analytics solutions to support operational and executive reporting needs.
