Job description

Location: Santa Ana, CA (In-Office, 5 Days/Week)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: $20 – $22 per hour

About Us

eJam is a bootstrapped consumer products company that has built, scaled, and exited multiple brands — all without ever taking a dollar of outside capital. Our portfolio includes category leaders ranked at the top of Amazon, carried in major retailers nationwide, and sold across DTC, marketplaces, and every channel in between.

We're not a startup hoping something works. We're a team that has done it repeatedly — taken products from zero to eight figures, landed them on retail shelves nationwide, and built real brands that consumers love. We operate like a holding company with the speed of a startup: small team, no bureaucracy, massive ownership.

This is the place where you'll see the entire machine — sourcing, product development, packaging, manufacturing, compliance, marketing, marketplace strategy, retail — all under one roof. If you want to learn how consumer products actually get built and shipped at scale, there is no faster education than this.

About This Role

This is an entry-level role. We're not looking for someone who has done this before — we're looking for someone sharp, organized, and hungry who wants to learn the eCommerce business from the inside. You'll be trained on our systems, platforms, and workflows. What we can't train is work ethic, attention to detail, and the drive to get things right.

What You'll Work On

Listing & shop optimization

  • Own the day-to-day health of our TikTok Shop — managing product listings, titles, images, descriptions, and pricing
  • Consolidate and organize listings to improve discoverability and conversion
  • Ensure all products are properly categorized, inventory is allocated correctly, and the storefront is consistently presenting well

Performance reporting & data

  • Pull and maintain daily and weekly performance reports covering GMV, views, conversion rate, and revenue by product
  • Identify trends, flag underperforming listings, and surface actionable insights to the team
  • Keep dashboards and trackers up to date so decisions are always based on current data

Pricing & bundling research

  • Monitor pricing trends and bundle strategies across TikTok Shop to identify opportunities to improve average order value and competitiveness
  • Research promotional mechanics — discounts, coupons, and bundle offers — and bring structured recommendations to the team for testing

Account & listing health appeals

  • Monitor account health scores, policy flags, and listing violations within TikTok Shop Seller Center
  • Draft and submit appeals for suppressed or flagged listings
  • Stay current on platform policy changes and proactively address issues before they impact sales or account standing

Requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Sharp attention to detail — you catch errors and inconsistencies before they become problems
  • Basic comfort with Excel or Google Sheets — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be willing to work in spreadsheets daily and learn quickly
  • Clear written communication — you can express an idea or draft a message without needing a template to start from
  • Organized and self-directed — able to juggle multiple tasks and keep things from falling through the cracks
  • Hungry and coachable — eager to learn, open to feedback, and motivated to grow
  • Strong work ethic and ability to commit to working in-office five days a week in Santa Ana, CA
  • Reliable, proactive communicator

No prior eCommerce or TikTok experience required. We will train you.

You'll Thrive Here If You:

  • Are process-driven and take pride in keeping things organized and accurate
  • Are curious about data — even if you're still building your skills, you like figuring out what numbers mean
  • Pay attention to rules and details and take them seriously
  • Thrive in a fast-moving environment where the details actually matter
  • Are coachable and eager to level up your skills
  • Enjoy working in a collaborative, in-person team environment

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center or similar marketplace platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.)
  • Prior experience in eCommerce, retail, or marketplace operations
  • Exposure to performance reporting or working with GMV/conversion metrics
  • Experience writing product listings or copy

Benefits

  • Hands-on training and mentorship in marketplace operations, data, and platform strategy
  • Direct exposure to real revenue decisions at a profitable, growing company
  • A clear path to grow into senior roles as you demonstrate your abilities
  • Competitive hourly pay ($20–$22/hr) and benefits
  • In-person environment with a high-performing team in Santa Ana, CA
