Job description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Podcast Producer & Video/Audio Editor based in the New York City area for an ongoing weekly podcast.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end post-production and episode delivery on a strict weekly schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Edit weekly full-length video and audio episodes using Apple Final Cut Pro.
  • Perform multi-cam syncing, color grading, audio cleanup (noise reduction, EQ, leveling), and graphic integration (lower thirds, intro/outro cards, overlays).
  • Cut dynamic short-form promotional clips (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) with engaging pacing and styled captions/subtitles.
  • Export and deliver platform-ready master files adhering to broadcast/podcast audio and video standards.
  • Collaborate closely on episode flow, pacing, and editorial revisions with rapid turnaround times.
