Job Summary:
Intelliswift, an LTTS Company, is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead and manage high-priority IT projects and programs. The role involves planning, executing, and facilitating process improvement initiatives while ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Lead projects related to IT and Business systems and processes.
โ€ข Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives.
โ€ข Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
โ€ข Determine project cost, resource requirement, and project timing based on scope and complexity of the project.
โ€ข Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities.
โ€ข Collect data to identify root cause of problems.
โ€ข Measure performance against process requirements
โ€ข Align improvement to performance shortfalls.
โ€ข Deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control.
โ€ข Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes.
โ€ข Develop and create corporate communications plans to affected stakeholders.
โ€ข Perform cost and benefit analyses.
โ€ข Provide mentorship, training and support for junior Project/Program Managers.

โ€ข Experience managing infrastructure and software upgrades
โ€ข Experience managing the update of complex integrations to other applications
โ€ข Experience managing projects/programs with significant organizational change management components
โ€ข Strong communication skills and a willingness to speak up.
โ€ข The ability to manage dotted line, cross-functional teams.
โ€ข The ability to work with limited oversight/control and the courage to make recommendations based on available evidence, understanding of the Client environment, and their own experience.
โ€ข Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined measurement criteria.
โ€ข Experience working with complex tools and processes
โ€ข Ability to work successfully with staff and managers within and outside of PMO functions.
โ€ข Strong analytical skills and ability to work both independently and on cross functional teams.
