Position Summary

The Pharmacy Assistant is an entry-level opportunity on the MultiCare Pharmacy team. In this role, you will support the pharmacy through maintaining supplies, billing and filing.

Responsibilities

  • You will count, pour and label prescriptions as designated by the pharmacist on duty
  • You will run inventory and order supplies
  • You will participate in departmental meetings, projects and other needs
  • You will handle sales transactions for prescriptions and other merchandise

Requirements

  • High school graduate or equivalent required
  • Pharmacy Assistant license from the Washington State Board of Pharmacy
  • Minimum one (1) year of previous work experience in a retail pharmacy preferred
