Position Overview
The company is now seeking a successful outside B2B Sales Representative in order to provide full training for him or herto represent their products in Boston MA and the surrounding region.Will call on psychiatrists, pediatricians, neurologists and other medical specialists by appointment in their offices. Company has excellent brand recognition among physicians.
Candidate should have 2+ years successful sales experience with a major company and be able to document recent sales results.
Candidates shouldbe presently employed and must have been in current position for at least two years.Must be working in B2B outside sales (not inside sales or medical/pharma sales).Bachelors degree required. Should have had at least a 2.3 grade point average overall.
Strong preference for employment-stable candidates with no more than 3 jobs since college graduation.Looking for candidates in top 25% of sales reps in their company who have an interest in breaking into the medical/pharma sales field.
Compensation
Base guaranteed salary $85,000. to $90,000. Total compensation including expected commission $125,000 plus full benefits. Company car provided. No overnight travel. Compensation generally increases significantly after the first year.
