Want to join a team where you can demonstrate your leadership and help drive new growth? Responsible for day-to-day administrative and clerical duties at the Verona plant. Supports Safety, QA, Environmental, and Production data collection, data maintenance, and reporting. Dimension of Function Supports Safety, QA, Environmental, and Production data collection, data maintenance, and reporting.

Responsibilities / Accountabilities Duties and Responsibilities: Assures that established policy and procedures are followed and uses all required personal protective equipment. Prepare the following reports: production and inventory, dryer report, tanker/ barrel report, weekly ledger, cost report, month end inventory report. Creates Bill of Ladings as needed. Answers telephone and directs office traffic. Maintains weekly Raw Material Schedule. Maintains Finished Product Inventory. Coordinates Tanker Pick-ups and outbound shipments.

Maintains Monthly Hatchery Egg Set Report. Maintains thorough knowledge of office functions. Assists QA Lab Technician with data entry and basic lab duties. Supports vacation coverage while lab technician is out of office. Assists QA / Environmental/ Safety Manager with maintaining SOP's, maintaining SDS's, data entry, trending reports, and training records.
