Job description

New York plaintiffs’ personal injury law firm with offices in Garden City, NYC, Brooklyn, and Queens seeks an entry level Personal Injury/Medical Malpractice attorney admitted in New York. The firm offers competitive benefits and compensation packages including discretionary 401K matching, vacation time and health benefits. Significant potential for growth. Must be able and willing to adhere to firm protocols and utilize case management system, make court appearances, manage caseload, maintain positive client relationships, and assist partners as needed contributing to the firm as a team player. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000 - $110,000

Candidate must meet the following qualifications:

  • Admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Eastern and Southern Districts
  • Prior Personal Injury experience
  • Able to draft legal documents including, but not limited to: bills of particulars, pleadings, discovery, general correspondence, motions and appellate briefs;
  • Strong academic credentials and exceptional writing skills;
  • Have extraordinary interpersonal and organizational skills; and
  • Preferred knowledge of Microsoft applications and ability to adapt on case management systems.
