About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and gain experience in both administrative support and sales. As a Personal Assistant and Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting one of our executive members while contributing to the growth of our business. This is an entry-level position with significant potential for professional development.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to an executive member, including managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and handling correspondence.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-up.
  • Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead follow-up, cold calling, and email outreach.
  • Conduct thorough research on potential clients, identify key decision-makers, and generate interest in Skilled Wound Care's services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects over the phone.
  • Collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve shared goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.
  • Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone etiquette and the ability to build rapport with clients over the phone.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Reliable transportation and driver's license for travel throughout Southern California
  • Travel outside of California on as needed basis
  • MUST be willing to travel to Playa Vista, CA 1-2 times a week
