We are seeking a driven Manufacturing Engineer I to support manufacturing operations through process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and the application of lean principles. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates eager to learn, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help optimize production efficiency in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support development and maintenance of engineering systems and processes
  • Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and construction teams to support project execution
  • Assist in analyzing current processes and identifying improvement opportunities
  • Support initiatives focused on cost reduction, cycle time improvement, and waste elimination
  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Assist in creating standard work instructions, documentation, and basic production layouts
  • Support improvements in workflow, labor utilization, and equipment efficiency
  • Participate in problem-solving activities and continuous improvement projects
  • Contribute to improvement plans aligned with team and business goals
  • Learn and apply lean manufacturing and problem-solving principles

  • Experience curating information-rich models using Revit, and ACC.
