As an Engineering Document Control Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting project documentation and quality control processes. Responsibilities
  • Organize, maintain, and distribute engineering documents, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and proper revision control
  • Prepare and manage quality control documentation, including weld tracking logs and related records
  • Coordinate documentation flow between engineers, project managers, quality control personnel, and customers
  • Submit engineering documentation through client-required platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and Procore
  • Track project documentation status and ensure timely submission of required deliverables
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Support continuous improvement of document control processes and workflows
