In this detail-driven role, you'll be the go-to expert for reviewing timecards, verifying hours, and delivering top-notch service to your colleagues. If you have a sharp eye for precision, a passion for problem-solving, and a commitment to supporting your team, this is your chance to make a real impact behind the scenes!
  • Reviews timecards for missed punches, identifying high & low hours for each department.
  • Performs a variety of moderately complex clerical and entry-level human resources tasks.
  • Processes meal & rent deductions. Processes tips taxable, tips payable, service fee wages, and performance bonuses.
  • Performs expanded wage functions and calculates RETRO earns and completes edits in eTime.
  • Creates, distributes, audits, and maintains historical files for payroll distribution logs.
  • Organizes and scans punch detail reports and missed punch paperwork.  
  • Processes direct deposit, ADP iPay, and Total Pay card paperwork.  
  • Research discrepancies initiate contact with employees and supervisors.  
  • Assists in Human Resources Assistant duties including greeter functions, I-9 Form identification verification, formatting photos & printing employee identification documents. 
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs./11kg. 
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check. 
  • Minimum age of 18 years is required to reside in company housing, where available.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States. Holland America-Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-2B status).
