An entry level patient care assistant is a healthcare worker who provides basic care and support to patients under the supervision of nursing staff. Their duties often include assisting patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and moving around. They may also help with taking vital signs, maintaining patient rooms, and reporting any changes in a patient's condition to the medical team. This role serves as an important part of the patient care team, ensuring comfort and safety for patients in hospitals, nursing homes, or other healthcare settings.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as an entry level patient care assistant?
