Entry Level Packaging
If you are looking for a full-time, entry-level opportunity with consistent hours, weekly pay, and overtime opportunities, this Entry Level Packaging position could be a great fit for you!
A well-established food manufacturing company in Phoenix that produces Japanese-inspired frozen desserts is adding to its packaging team. This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with an air-conditioned facility.
No previous packaging experience is required. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dependable, enjoys hands-on work, and is comfortable working on a production line.
Entry Level Packaging Job Duties
  • Place finished frozen dessert products into containers as they move down the production line
  • Assemble boxes and prepare finished products for shipping
  • Apply labels accurately to packaged products
  • Inspect packaging to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Keep up with the pace of the packaging and assembly lines
  • Cross-train and assist in other production areas as needed
  • Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Pay
$16.00 per hour

Schedule
Monday โ€“ Friday
  • 1st Shift: 4:30 AM โ€“ 1:30 PM
  • 2nd Shift: 1:30 PM โ€“ 10:00 PM
Entry Level Packaging Requirements
  • No previous packaging experience required
  • Ability to stand for 8โ€“10 hours
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to cross-train in multiple areas
  • Reliable attendance and ability to follow a strict attendance policy
  • Ability to follow verbal instructions
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team
