Responsibility:
  • We are seeking a skilled Cloud Database Administrator (DBA) with extensive experience in AWS (Amazon Web Services) to join our dynamic team
  • As a Cloud DBA, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of our cloud-based databases, ensuring maximum performance, reliability, and security
  • Support AWS cloud-based databases, including Aurora, RDS for Postgres, MySQL, MariaDB, SQL Server, Oracle, etc
  • AWS PostgreSQL Terraform AWS RDS Proven experience as a PostgreSQL DBA, with a strong understanding of PostgreSQL database administration and performance tuning
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python for automating database administration tasks
  • Solid understanding of database design principles, data modelling, and query optimization
  • Strong knowledge of database security best practices, including user access management, encryption, and data masking
  • Experience in implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions for PostgreSQL databases
