• Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants offers full-time employees company subsidized health insurance.  A full-time employee must work on average 30 hours per week to qualify for health insurance benefits.  Coverage begins on the first of the month after the 60th day of employment.  The insurance enrollment period is between 30 and 90 days of employment.

Primary daily duties include ensuring preparatory, side-work and closing duties are completed by all front-of-house team members as per Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants standards, monitoring the flow of daily service, ensuring guest-service standards are upheld by all team members, and taking responsibility for cost control and restaurant profitability. Managers also ensure constant communication takes place among front-of-house service and back-of-house team members of the restaurant to ensure speed of service and service-quality standards are met in order to guarantee guests are treated to memorable hospitality experiences.  

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience within a high volume, fine dining restaurant
• Must be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time. 
• Professional appearance and grooming standards appropriate for a premier fine dining restaurant
• Full time flexibility and availability
