Eye Pieces is looking for Entry Level Opticians to join our team at our Vail Valley locations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, has an eye for style, and wants to build a long-term career in the optical field. Combining elements of fashion, wellness, retail, and outdoor lifestyle, this role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic and customer-focused environment.

As part of our team, you'll help guests find eyewear that fits both their vision needs and personal style while contributing to a polished and welcoming showroom experience. From learning the technical side of prescription eyewear to supporting merchandising and inventory organization, no two days are exactly alike. If you're outgoing, detail-oriented, and excited to grow within a unique luxury retail environment, we'd love to meet you!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Deliver elevated customer service through personalized frame and lens recommendations tailored to each guest's needs and lifestyle
  • Assist with eyewear fittings, adjustments, and dispensing while ensuring accuracy and comfort
  • Support inventory processes including receiving, restocking, organization, and product tracking
  • Maintain a clean, visually appealing showroom environment that highlights featured collections and current trends
  • Partner with opticians, managers, and support teams to ensure smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences
