Position Summary

The Program & Operations Assistant provides administrative and operational support to DevTech's project and corporate teams. This is an entry-level position designed for recent graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain experience in project coordination, business operations, and consulting support.

The role supports project implementation, research activities, office management, and business development efforts, ensuring efficient execution of tasks in a fast-paced environment. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and maintain calendars for project and corporate staff.
  • Create presentations, briefing materials, newsletters, social media content, or other communications products through internships, coursework, student organizations, or professional experience.
  • Manages calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates travel arrangements, ensuring efficient use of time and resources for leadership and project teams.
  • Assist with travel arrangements and expense documentation.
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and other project documents.
  • Exercise sound judgment and a moderate level of autonomy to troubleshoot issues, anticipate needs, and support smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enter, update, and verify information in internal tracking systems.
  • Provides support for business development and special projects, including research, coordination, and preparation of materials as needed.
  • Support project teams with administrative tasks, document management, and routine coordination activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to project and corporate operations teams.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree (completed within the past 0-3 years preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.

  • U.S. citizenship required.
