In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that directly impact patient outcomes, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to understand patients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans grounded in evidence-based practices.
• Utilizing a range of therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to the specific preferences and needs of each client.
• Maintaining meticulous clinical records that comply with HIPAA regulations and the highest standards of confidentiality.
• Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive approach to each patient's treatment.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer reviews to enhance therapeutic strategies and maintain quality care.
• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health concepts, potential treatment pathways, and community resources available for additional support.
• Staying abreast of the latest research and developments within the field of mental health to inform and refine clinical practices.

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a wide spectrum of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues. • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Virginia is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of relevant clinical experience, demonstrating effective psychotherapy delivery and patient outcomes.

• Knowledge of and experience with solution-focused therapy techniques is preferred.
• Excellence in communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients.
