About the Role

We are seeking dependable and safety-focused individuals to join our shop team in Tucson, AZ. This entry-level role supports daily production operations and may involve general laborer duties, surface preparation, and coating applications depending on operational needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is reliable, physically capable, and willing to learn in a structured, safety-driven environment. No prior experience is required — training is provided

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general shop labour duties as assigned

  • Assist with surface preparation and coating operations

  • Apply coatings in accordance with project specifications and quality standards (training provided)

  • Support production crews with daily operational tasks

  • Operate overhead cranes safely when required (training provided)

  • Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in clean and safe condition

  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies

  • Use time efficiently to meet production schedules

  • Perform additional duties as assigned
