Position Summary
RDE Capital Group LLC is seeking a motivated and organized Field Operations Coordinator to support our growing offsite property management operations throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex.
This position is ideal for an entry-level to mid-level candidate looking to build a long-term career in property management, real estate operations, maintenance coordination, or construction coordination.
The Field Operations Coordinator will assist with property inspections, move-outs, make-ready coordination, vendor communication, property walkthroughs, and operational field support. This role will spend significant time driving to properties throughout DFW and working closely with our property management and maintenance teams.
We are looking for someone who is dependable, proactive, organized, professional, and willing to learn and grow within a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Property Inspections & Field Coordination

  • Conduct move-out inspections and document property conditions with photos and detailed notes
  • Perform property walkthroughs and periodic inspections
  • Coordinate and assist with make-ready and punch-out processes
  • Attend city inspections and coordinate follow-up items
  • Verify completion and quality of vendor and maintenance work
  • Assist with identifying property condition concerns and lease violations
Maintenance & Vendor Coordination

  • Prepare basic repair scopes and maintenance estimates
  • Coordinate with vendors and maintenance personnel regarding scheduling and project completion
  • Follow up on open repair items and ensure timely completion
  • Assist in obtaining vendor bids and proposals
Client Communication & Reporting

  • Communicate professionally with property owners, residents, vendors, and internal team members
  • Upload photos, inspection reports, estimates, and notes into company software systems
  • Maintain accurate documentation and provide status updates to management
  • Assist with operational reporting and follow-up tasks
Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support the offsite property management team with field-related operational tasks
  • Help improve operational efficiency and response times
  • Coordinate closely with maintenance and portfolio management teams
  • Assist with additional field and operational responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Comfortable driving throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex daily
  • Professional attitude and willingness to learn
  • Basic computer skills including email, spreadsheets, and mobile applications
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsive
  • Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
