The Customer Service Data Entry Clerk plays a crucial role in maintaining accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records within both small and large team settings. Reporting to the Shipping or Operations Manager, this position ensures timely data entry and documentation updates using proprietary and commercial shipping software. By providing daily or weekly inventory updates, the clerk supports streamlined logistics and compliance efforts, occasionally visiting warehouses as needed.
