This is an entry-level operations role that supports the sales organization by managing inventory, tracking company assets, and maintaining operational systems that keep the business running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain inventory across multiple locations
  • Track and document company assets using the Redspot inventory management system
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and asset status
  • Receive, organize, and distribute medical device inventory
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track inventory levels, maintain reports, and monitor operational data
  • Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Ensure inventory areas remain organized and properly documented
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to ensure required equipment and inventory are available for cases
  • Support daily operational processes that allow the sales team to function efficiently
