Entry-Level Finance Associate
Are you looking to kick-start your career in finance with a company that values growth, learning, and teamwork? Multi Service Fuel Card is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Finance team as an entry-level Accounting Specialist. This role designed to build foundational skills and provide real career development opportunities.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys working with numbers, learning new systems, and contributing to a collaborative team.
What You'll Do
  • Support daily financial operations, including reporting related to payments
  • Assist with investigating and resolving customer payment questions using Salesforce
  • Perform data entry and support accounts payable processes using various business tools
  • Help prepare balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Contribute to research and analysis for reconciliation projects
  • Assist in responding to internal and external information requests
  • Take on additional responsibilities that support the Finance team's success
