Looking for a hands-on career where you can learn valuable skills, work as part of a team, and see the results of your work?

Allied Experts is hiring Entry-Level Skilled Trades Technicians to join our Weatherization team. This opportunity offers hands-on training and a path to develop practical skills in home performance, energy efficiency, insulation, air sealing, and residential improvement work.

About the Position

Weatherization Technicians perform hands-on work that helps make customers' homes more comfortable, efficient, and energy-conscious.

Depending on the project, responsibilities may include:

  • Assisting with insulation and air-sealing projects
  • Preparing homes and work areas before installation
  • Using hand tools and equipment safely
  • Working in attics, crawl spaces, basements, and other residential areas
  • Protecting customers' homes and maintaining a clean work area
  • Following company procedures and safety requirements
  • Communicating professionally with customers and team members
  • Supporting crew leaders and experienced technicians
What We Are Looking For
  • Interest in starting or continuing a skilled-trades career
  • Willingness to learn through hands-on training
  • Dependability and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to perform physical and active work
  • Comfort working in different residential environments
