As a trusted name in the industry, we are committed to excellence in every aspect of our operations, from sales and service to customer satisfaction and community engagement. As a full-time Office Assistant  you will assist  in keep offices functioning by managing schedules, coordinating communications, handling correspondence,  data entry and supporting managers and teams with the administrative infrastructure that makes everything else possible. This is an entry level role. 

Qualifications

Education:

High school diploma minimum;

Technical skills:

Microsoft Office: Word (formatting, mail merge, templates), Excel Outlook 

Soft skills that separate good assistants from great ones:

  • Anticipatory thinking — identifying what will be needed before being asked
  • Discretion with confidential information (compensation data, personnel matters, board communications)
