We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented Entry-Level Sales & Marketing Associate to support our growing business. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual looking to begin a career in sales, marketing, business analytics, and customer relationship management.


The successful candidate will assist with marketing initiatives, analyze sales data, support inventory management activities, and develop inside sales skills while working alongside experienced team members.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Inside Sales Support

  • Assist with customer outreach and lead generation efforts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Support the sales team with quotes, order processing, and follow-up communication.
  • Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Learn and apply inside sales techniques to identify new business opportunities.

Marketing

  • Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.
  • Support brand awareness and customer engagement initiatives.

Data Analysis

  • Collect, organize, and analyze sales and marketing data.
