Job description

o This hourly position provides essential support for AI operations within the

department. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with Product

Managers, Operation Managers, and Engineering Managers to ensure seamless

communication and execution of tasks. Additional technology-focused

responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed

• Constellation is a team within global Tech that specializes in building, deploying,

monitoring, and leveraging connected hardware for the purpose of distributing

critical data insights to drive operational excellence and power business initiatives

across Walmart Stores, DCs (Distribution Center), and FCs (Fulfillment Centers).

What you will do:

• This hourly position provides essential support for AI operations within the

department. The individual in this role will collaborate closely with Product

Managers, Operation Managers, and Engineering Managers to ensure seamless

communication and execution of tasks. Additional technology-focused

responsibilities and duties may be assigned as needed

What you will bring:

• Data Management: Proficient in capturing and documenting data attributes,

identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with established standards.

• IT Proficiency: Strong understanding of PC (Personal Computer) hardware, operating

systems, and troubleshooting common application issues.

• Technical Expertise: Experience with department-specific systems, tools, and

providing customer-focused technical support.

• Continuous Learning: Ability to stay updated on modern technologies, processes,

and apply them to enhance team performance.

• Attention to Detail: Meticulous in processing detailed information, ensuring

accuracy and minimizing errors.

• Technical Documentation: Skilled in creating clear and eLective technical

documentation for diverse audiences.

• Machine Learning: Understanding of machine learning principles, algorithms, and

implementation.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and make

data-driven decisions.

• Compliance & Ethics: Adheres to company policies, ensuring ethical conduct and

integrity in all business processes.

• Task Management: Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing deadlines, and adapting

to changing business needs.
