Their work helps nonprofits measure the effectiveness of programs, track fundraising progress, and improve decision-making. By working in the evenings, they may support organizations with flexible staffing needs or accommodate volunteers and stakeholders who are active after regular hours. Their role involves using statistical tools and data visualization to turn raw information into actionable insights, supporting the nonprofit's mission and goals.

To thrive as an Evening Non Profit Data Analyst, you need strong analytical skills, proficiency in data interpretation, and typically a bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and knowledge of donor management systems like Salesforce or Raiser’s Edge is often required. Attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to work independently during off-hours are crucial soft skills for this role.
