The Sales Associate role is an entry-level, development-focused position designed to prepare individuals for a future career in B2B sales at Storr Office Environments. This structured program typically spans 12-18 months and provides hands-on experience, training, and exposure to the commercial interiors industry.
In this role, you will support experienced Account Managers, engage with prospective clients, and build foundational skills in consultative selling, product knowledge, and client relationship management. The goal is to successfully transition into an Account Manager position within one of Storr's key market segments.Schedule & Compensation
  • Base salary of $55,000
  • Guaranteed $2,500 quarterly bonuses ($10,000 annually)

What You'll Do
Sales Development & Client Interaction
  • Engage with inbound prospects (walk-ins, calls, and referrals) to understand business needs
