Legacy Automotive Network is hiring Product Specialists to support our growing automotive dealerships. This is an excellent entry-level automotive opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer service, sales support, and working with the latest vehicle technology. Position Overview

As an Automotive Product Specialist, you play a key role in the customer experience. You will guide shoppers through vehicle features, help them explore our inventory, and support the sales team throughout the buying process. This role is perfect for someone who wants to start a career in automotive sales, enjoys working with people, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers to the dealership and assist with vehicle selection based on needs, lifestyle, and budget

  • Conduct professional vehicle walkarounds, explaining features, options, and benefits

  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned models, including technology, safety systems, performance features, and trim differences

  • Lead and supervise test drives while ensuring a positive, safe experience

  • Maintain strong working knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and manufacturer incentives

  • Log customer information and follow-up activity in the CRM system

  • Provide sales support by transitioning customers to a Sales Consultant or Manager for pricing and purchase steps

  • Stay up to date on product training, new model releases, and automotive industry trends

  • Maintain a clean, organized showroom and professional appearance at all times

Qualifications
  • Strong communication and customer service skills

  • Friendly, energetic, and team-oriented

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to learn and explain automotive technology and features

  • Comfortable being active on your feet throughout the day

  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

  • Weekend availability (standard for retail dealership operations)

  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or previous sales experience (preferred)
