  • Review subdivision, land development, grading, and zoning plans, including the development and review of stormwater management and erosion and sediment control plans to minimize environmental impact.
  • Prepare and submit federal, state, and local permit applications, including NPDES and waterway permits, ensuring compliance with all environmental regulations.
  • Provide construction observation and field engineering services to verify adherence to environmental and quality standards.
  • Assist with grant and funding applications to support environmentally responsible initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Engineer Manager
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an accredited institution, or equivalent.
  • Fundamentals of Engineering (EIT) registration or ability to obtain within one year.
  • 0-2 years' experience; consulting experience is a plus.

  • Demonstrated commitment to sustainability, quality, and continuous improvement in engineering practices.
  • Physically able to perform fieldwork and travel as required; valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in MicroStation or AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Civil 3D, GIS, hydraulic/hydrologic modeling, or other engineering software is beneficial.
  • Team player with strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
