Job Summary:
Farm and Forge Club is a high-performance youth and adult training facility that blends elite sports coaching, academic enrichment, and holistic development. They are seeking a talented Full Stack Web Application Developer to build a suite of new web and mobile applications, influencing architecture and product direction within their new software development division.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Partner in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task estimation
โ€ข Collaborate on application architecture and technical decision-making
โ€ข Participate in greenfield development of new web and mobile applications
โ€ข Develop responsive, scalable, and maintainable front-end and back-end solutions
โ€ข Build intuitive and high-quality user interfaces and workflows
โ€ข Write unit tests and integration tests
โ€ข Participate in code reviews and collaborative development discussions
โ€ข Utilize AI development tools appropriately to improve productivity and efficiency
โ€ข Support ongoing application improvements, troubleshooting, and optimization
โ€ข Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to understand operational and user needs
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Minimum of 3 years of experience in full stack web application development
โ€ข Strong proficiency in JavaScript and/or TypeScript
