  • Support launch of new programs by ensuring cross-functional readiness and timely execution of milestones
  • Maintain customer contact throughout the early stages of project development, ensuring technical needs are clearly understood and met
  • Track and manage multiple projects simultaneously using formal project management methods and CRM tools such as Salesforce
  • Utilize SolidWorks and related tools to support product visualization, layout proposals, and manufacturability reviews
  • Participate in continuous improvement of quoting tools, design standards, and project tracking systems
  • Provide technical insight and customer communication during design changes, ECRs, and process improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of experience in application engineering, program management, or technical sales support

  • Working knowledge of SolidWorks (preferred) and familiarity with AutoCAD or similar tools
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of APQP processes and document control
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
