Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an outgoing, motivated Entry-Level Sales Support Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to build a career with a publicly traded company. You will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, generating interest, and scheduling appointments for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to merchants to conduct customer service surveys
  • Clearly communicate company products/services and generate interest
  • Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team
  • Manage web generated leads to provide to sales team
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance goals
  • Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college coursework is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Basic computer skills; experience with Microsoft Office is beneficial
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent
