Essential Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Associate to join our team and play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence for Game Ready. This role is a key member of the Avanos Sales team responsible for driving pipeline development, supporting Territory Managers, and enhancing sales execution across assigned territories. As a centralized partner to the field sales team, the Sales Associate will contribute to account development, customer engagement, and revenue growth through strategic prospecting, outreach, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will utilize strong communication skills, analytical capability, and sales acumen to support the Field Sales Team in building and maintaining relationships with key customers across physical therapy, athletic, and rehabilitation settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Execution & Territory Support
    • Support all sales activities and customer engagement needs
    • Collaborate with Territory Managers on strategic sales plans
    • Provide coverage for customer communication and follow-up
    • Support product education and onboarding
  • Prospecting, Pipeline Development & Account Growth
    • Identify and pursue new business and expansion opportunities
    • Execute outbound campaigns aligned to territory priorities
    • Build and manage prospect lists
    • Conduct account analysis and stakeholder mapping
    • Maintain consistent follow-up to drive pipeline growth
  • Customer Insights & Operational Excellence
    • Engage customers to understand needs and objectives

Your Qualifications

Required: Bachelor's degree in business or related field Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B sales, sales support, or PT/AT industry experience Ability to travel frequently, including overnights and weekends Demonstrated strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time management abilities Evidence of continued personal and professional growth and development Proficiency with MS Office applications Must be able to lift 35 pounds.

Preferred: Firsthand experience working with Game Ready products Healthcare, medical device, or sports medicine experience Experience with capital medical device sales Existing relationships with PT, AT, Ortho, and Rehab stakeholders Salesforce.com or CRM proficiency

Salary Range: The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $60,000.00 - $75,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits.
