Medical Device Sales Representative

Territory: Southeastern states

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Device Sales Representative to promote and sell medical devices to healthcare professionals. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and serving as a trusted clinical and commercial partner to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within clinics, and physician offices
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, nurses, administrators, and key decision-makers
  • Provide in-service training, product demonstrations, and clinical support as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM systems
  • Collaborate with marketing, clinical, and operations teams to support product launches and growth initiatives
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitor products, and regulatory requirements
  • Attend professional meetings as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or experience as a cardiac sonographer
  • Required: 1 week a month travel within assigned territory
  • 5+ years of successful medical device, pharmaceutical, or B2B sales experience (preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to understand and communicate clinical and technical information
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Valid driver’s license
