Med One Group, a leader in the medical equipment rental and leasing industry for over 30 years, is seeking a Rental Equipment Territory Sales Manager in the Central and Eastern Georgia area. The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining existing accounts, developing sales strategies, and attracting new business.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Focus sales efforts on renting medical equipment within the acute hospital and post-acute markets.
  • Collaborate with the National Sales Director to identify new equipment rental opportunities and close sales to meet or exceed quotas.
  • Implement a robust sales process to increase income and revenue.
  • Manage existing client relationships while developing new accounts; make sales calls, generate leads, qualify prospects, and oversee rental equipment and equipment services within the acute care and healthcare markets.
  • Med One is rapidly growing in the Georgia market and offers a competitive compensation and benefits package. There is no cap on commission earnings, and this open territory currently generates a combination of salary and commission with potential earnings exceeding $150,000 per year.
  • Seeking a qualified, driven, and results-oriented sales representative to join our team.
  • Partner with the National Sales Director to forecast sales, implement strategies and models, and evaluate their effectiveness.
  • Research and analyze competitor sales efforts and market behavior.

Qualifications:

  • Solid experience selling in the medical or hospital-based healthcare market is required.
  • Medical device sales experience or therapeutic support surface experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting monthly sales quotas, building relationships, and closing business.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and closing techniques.
  • Ability to provide documented sales statistics, records of achievement, and awards.
  • A college degree is required.
