This is a tremendous opportunity for individuals who have foundational outside sales experience, preferably B2B or medical/ healthcare sales, and are looking for an opportunity to develop their career in the medical device space. Position Description
The Advanced Breast Procedures Specialist (ABPS) delivers minimally invasive surgical solutions to hospitals, with an immediate focus on our GelSeal® technologies for breast surgery.
Working alongside Applied Medical's Field Implementation and Advanced Procedural Specialist teams, the ABPS develops and executes strategic sales plans that drive long term growth of these technologies.
  • Execute a quarterly sales plan to drive revenue and exceed sales quota.
  • Promote Gel and Alexis technologies at high volume surgical centers.
  • Support training and implementation of Applied Medical technologies within assigned breast surgery fellowship programs.
  • Provide clinical expertise and support for all Applied Medical products used in breast surgery.
  • Engage key opinion leaders and decision makers at large health systems to advance Applied Medical's minimally invasive breast surgery programs.
  • Build interest and adoption of Gel technologies among leaders in the medical community.
  • Represent the Applied Medical brand in competitive environments.
  • Coordinate strategy with Corporate Accounts and Field Implementation teams.
  • Partner with APS regional teams to maximize breast procedure support, focus and coverage.

Position Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Applied Medical Team Member in good standing.
  • At least three years of medical device sales experience with a documented record of sustained success.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams and initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial, goal driven and able to work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time, depending on territory, and manage related expenses.
  • Ability to meet third party credentialing requirements for Applied Medical field team members.

Benefits
The base compensation for this role is $80,000-$100,000/ year for the position. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. The base salary displayed reflects the target for new hire salaries in the Northeast based on the date of this job posting.
