Job Description

Q Analysts is looking for Moderators to help support several different projects for our client Microsoft. Role will be onsite in Redmond, WA and is a long-term project opportunity.

Moderators are primarily responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Interacting with participant(s) and leading them through data collection projects
  • Using Client tools to label/tag data

This role requires an ability to work independently and as a team based on verbal input from the client. It also requires a quick ability to learn new systems and processes and make recommendations leveraging their past experiences.

 

Moderator

  • Capture data for the assigned project aiming to reach the targeted daily goal
  • Approach & recruit participants for the project
  • Label/tag data to reach the targeted daily goal
  • Understand/consistently execute scripts for every phase of a project
  • Build/Socialize Project End of Day Reports
    • Total captures for the day, summary, issues occurred, etc.
  • Convey Specific Project Details to High-Ranking Clients
  • Execute Basic Technology Troubleshooting
    • Interact with various hardware & software
    • Use analytical skills to troubleshoot problem quickly or escalate to appropriate authorities (when necessary)
