Join Our Team as an Administrative Assistant!


Are you organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a dynamic sales team? We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support, coordinate customer communications, and help drive the success of our inside and outside sales and business development operations.


Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 4:00pm (end time consistent on most days)
  • In office
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multi-line phone system.
  • Greet and direct business guests.
  • Provide administrative support to the Sales team.
  • Update/Maintain customer records.
  • Coordinate meetings and appointments as needed.
  • Assist with contract administration.
  • Sales report monitoring and customer/vendor report creation and communication as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient processes.
  • All other duties assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred.
  • Previous administrative, customer service, or sales support experience.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
