Responsibilities

Human Resources Clerk responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Tracking daily plant wide attendance and disciplinary records
  • Completing daily reports,
  • Must be able to pay close attention to detail while maintaining a professional/positive & motivational work attitude
  • Provide translation as needed
  • Answering Phones
  • Data entry
  • Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
  • Communications with both internal and external departments
  • General Receptionist Duties
  • Filing as required
  • Other duties as assigned

Schedule will vary based on Human Resource Office needs.

Hours: 8 am to 5 pm

This is a safety sensitive position. This is an on-site position.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates for the Human Resources Clerk position should possess the following:

  • Computer proficient, specifically Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
  • Data entry experience
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Good work and attendance history
  • Ability to keep matters confidential
  • Team Player
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good Telephone etiquette skills
  • Professional attitude/conduct
  • English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus
