Job summary: Carry out the weighing, packing, and assembly of product boxes according to
current regulations and company specifications.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the correct use and cleaning of your work equipment according to the regulations of the plant and production room.
  • Clean and sanitize continuously your workspace, equipment, and utensils according to the rotation of activities.
  • Packaging preparation: boxes, stickers, sealing plastics, bags, and pallets for product delivery.
  • Report potential production downtime, scrap production excess, and the quality of each weighing machine, and summarize data from the shift.
  • Verify compliance with quality, safety, production standards, work rules, and efficient operation of equipment. Following USDA inspectors, HACCP, and SSOP standards.

Skills and requirements:

  • Excellent personal hygiene, collaborative work, and action-oriented.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Process tracking, able to lift up to 50 pounds, able to stand up to 4 hours at a time.
