    Job description

    As an Accounting Associate you will be responsible for payroll preparation/ processing, assisting with other accounting responsibilities including checks, invoices, cash receipts, reports and reconciliations. Incumbent must have good financial acumen, be organized and detail oriented.

    The incumbent will prepare payrolls and checks, complete monthly reconciliations and month-end closings, create and maintain Excel spreadsheets using multiple accounting functions, investigate and determine payment status to avoid delinquencies, cash processing including payments, receipts and reconciliations, create week and monthly contribution and reconciliation reports, and investigate and determine payment status.

    HS/GED required, AA or Certificate in Accounting a plus. Two (2) years accounting experience or three (3) years post entry level office experience. Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, Teams & Excel. Experience with intercompany or multiple subsidiary environments a plus. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail required.
