This is a full time, Monday-Friday position and requires physically reporting to work in Alpharetta, GA

Anticipated hiring range: $20-$24 per hour

Inline & Ice Warehouse is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level Marketing Assistant to support the growth of our online specialty hockey retail brand. This position is ideal for someone passionate about hockey, sports culture, e-commerce, and digital marketing who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced and creative environment.


The Marketing Assistant will help execute marketing initiatives across social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, brand promotions, and content creation while contributing fresh ideas that connect with hockey players, fans, and customers nationwide.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support the marketing team with day-to-day operations, project coordination, scheduling, and organization of marketing assets and materials.
  • Assist in creating, proofreading, and publishing engaging marketing content across digital, email, social media, and print channels.
  • Help execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and hockey-related marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, tournaments, trade shows, athlete partnerships, and promotional activities.
  • Assist in managing social media channels by scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and identifying trending opportunities within the hockey community.
  • Assist with influencer outreach and partnership initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Buying, Graphics, Web Content, and Customer Service teams to ensure brand consistency and accurate messaging across all platforms.
  • Maintain and organize marketing databases, email lists, promotional calendars, and customer information.
  • Assist with email marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
  • Monitor campaign performance and compile reports to help evaluate marketing effectiveness and customer engagement.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, new opportunities, and emerging products within the hockey industry.
  • Coordinate vendor communications related to marketing materials, promotional products, and campaign support.
  • Contribute creative ideas that help elevate the Inline & Ice Warehouse brand and customer experience.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the marketing team and overall operations of Sports Warehouse.

Work Environment:
