In this role,you'llcarefully inspect, pack, and support thermoforming operations to keep production running smoothly.You'llbe part of a team that values safety, quality, and teamwork while helping deliver packaging solutions that make a difference.

Schedule

Shift: 12-hour 2-2-3days ornight shift (7:50- 7:50)

Whatyou'lldo:

  • Follow all safety and 6S guidelines tomaintaina safe work environment.

  • Review packing specifications at the start of each shift or new job.

  • Perform required hourly checks (visual inspections and stack counts).

  • Inspect thermoformed parts for defects and replace non-standard parts.

  • Place parts/sheet material in proper containers for regrind.

  • Maintain cleanliness of thermoforming and packing areas.

  • Assistwith machine changeovers, audits, and quality checks.

  • Perform spec tests and sorting as directed by supervisor or QA.

  • Support team members and completeadditionaltasks as assigned.

  • Follow GMP, GFSI, and Amcor policies and procedures.

  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)

  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills and self-motivation

  • Basic math and computer skills

  • Ability to work weekends as needed

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts

  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments

  • Push, pull, bend, twist, andlift upto 50 lbs.
