  • Foam Cell Operator

What You'll Do
  • De-mold foam from foam molds
  • Prep and clean foam molds and tools
  • Trim flash foam molded foam parts
  • Must be willing to rotate to different workstations as production needs require.
  • Conduct regular inspections of products during production to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
  • Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
  • Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines
  • Contribute to a positive and productive team environment by being proactive and supportive.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest enhancements to increase efficiency and product quality.
