POSITION:
Cashco has an opening for an Entry Level Assembler.
Summary
An Entry Level Assembler must have a great attitude, ability to learn quickly and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently assemble quality production parts using hand tools, power tools, or machinery in a safe manner
  • Troubleshooting issues that arise during the assembly process and help implement solutions to ensure a smooth workflow.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues at any given time
  • Follow safety procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Effectively meeting production goals in a timely manner
  • Communicating with other employees and supervisors as necessary
  • May be responsible for training new employees and providing guidance to less experienced Assemblers.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must have the ability to read blueprints and understand the assembly process
  • Must possess basic computer knowledge
  • Must have a technical aptitude and an understanding of mechanical principles
  • The ability to communicate openly in a team environment
  • Strong attention to detail along with organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Candidate must be able to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks daily
Requirements:
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, or reach for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull up to a specified weight (often 25–50 lbs).
  • Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for handling tools or materials.
  • Ability to operate machinery, equipment, or computers.
  • Occasional climbing of ladders or stairs.
Sensory Requirements
  • Good vision, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Ability to hear and communicate clearly in a manufacturing or office environment.
