Role Summary
Entry-level Manufacturing Engineer supporting Spine products, focused on process design, production efficiency, and packaging engineering in a regulated environment.
Must-Have Skills
  • Blueprint reading
  • Bill of Materials (BOM) creation
  • Process Engineering (preferably final packaging)
Basic Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience
  • B.S. in Engineering (Industrial preferred)
  • Experience in manufacturing/process development
  • Knowledge of quality & regulatory compliance
Key Responsibilities
  • Design and optimize manufacturing processes, layouts, and workflows
  • Develop production procedures, tooling, and equipment specs
  • Support final packaging processes and improvements
  • Perform equipment evaluation, troubleshooting, and corrective actions
  • Implement inspection/testing requirements & SPC techniques
  • Ensure process compliance with regulatory standards
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on design for manufacturability
Work Setup
